End of Life announcement for EBOX

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that our EBOX product will reach its End of Life (EOL) date on December 31, 2024. This means that we will officially stop offering updates, technical support services and other resources for this product after this date.

What this means for you:

As of January 1, 2025, ERGO3 will no longer provide patches, security updates or new features for your EBOX V1.

Technical support services for this product will be discontinued at the end of 2024.

We recommend that you plan an earlier transition to an alternative with the new EREX product (ERGO3): www.erex.ch

In the meantime, we recommend that you stop updating the corresponding screens. The Apple security standard is no longer guaranteed, and could in some cases block your application permanently.

We offer several migration solutions that could meet your current and future needs with the new security and reliability standards.
